Who we are

PACE Development are an education and coaching company that offer nationally accredited sport related training courses, sports teaching and instruction in curriculum time, as well as after school and holiday clubs and Bikeability.

Our philosophy

We believe that high quality, structured physical activity and education can impact positively upon the life chances of individuals, not only by developing healthy bodies, but also by developing healthy minds and positive attitudes. At PACE we encourage and foster all of these qualities and more, ensuring the young people and children we work with develop life skills whilst having a great time.

Our activities

We can offer a variety of courses from the 1st4Sport Nationally Accredited portfolio, as well as instruction in sports in schools, holiday clubs and after school clubs. We include delivery in a wide range of sports as well as street dance and Zumba! We also have the ability to deliver Bikeability – Cycling Proficiency for the 21st Century, via our National Cycling Instructors. Many of our current projects are community based, working with young people where they live to offer positive use of their leisure time – and with the added bonus that some may be able to get a qualification whilst doing it! Many of our projects are tailor made and we are always happy to accommodate new ideas.

Our team

Within our team we have qualified teachers, youth workers, sports scientists and, of course, sports and dance coaches. Our sports coaches all hold relevant qualifications including UEFA A and B licenses as well as Level 2 certificates. Our professional and dedicated coaches deliver excellent sessions and are highly regarded wherever they work.
